Data deletion: how to request it.
Everyone has the right to ask for their personal data to be deleted. The procedure is simple.
Data deletion request
- Write to info@amadvisory.online with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- State the name, the email address or identifier the data was collected with and, where relevant, the service, app or integration concerned (for example a login through Facebook, Google or TikTok).
- To protect the data subject, confirmation of identity may be requested before proceeding.
Response time
A reply is provided without undue delay and in any case within one month of the request (Art. 12 GDPR); the term may be extended by two months in complex cases, with a reasoned notice.
What is deleted
Personal data associated with the request is deleted, except data that must be kept by law (for example tax and accounting records) or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The outcome is communicated to the data subject.
