Personal data processing notice

Under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the data controller explains how the personal data of those who visit this site or contact it is processed.

2. Data processed

  • Data provided voluntarily: data entered in the contact form (name, company, role, email, phone, country, project description) is used to prepare an email in the user’s mail program; the site neither receives nor stores it. It reaches the controller only if the user sends the email.
  • Technical browsing data: IP address, date and time, requested pages, browser; recorded by the hosting provider in server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to requests received and carrying out pre-contractual or contractual measures: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Site security and abuse prevention through technical logs: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Tax, accounting and legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing data is optional, but without it the controller cannot act on the request. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data is neither disclosed nor sold. It may be processed by the hosting and email providers as data processors and by professional advisers bound by confidentiality. DA COMPLETARE: name of hosting and email providers and server location

5. Retention

  • Contact requests: for as long as needed to handle them and, if a relationship arises, for its duration and the legal terms (for example 10 years for accounting records).

6. Data subject rights

The data subject may at any time request access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20) and object (21), and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@amadvisory.online. For erasure see the page Data deletion.

The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) remains unaffected.
